I have some of Mountain Crafted's Raw African Yellow Shea Butter, and I made a mixture to lighten the darkening patches of skin that I have due to adrenal insufficiency. I blended the butter with Lemon essential oil, Lavender essential oil, Rice Bran Oil, and Coconut Oil. It's working! :) Thanks to Barry & Debra Carver

I used the yellow shea on the most dry areas of my skin and those with the most issues, which would be mostly the face and feet. For dry feet and heels it is absolutely the best choice!
